Featuring

16 poets/performers who will be reading or presenting 17 syllable poems in head to head competition. The poems may be traditional haiku but do not have to be. The Haiku is a serious culturally important 17th Century Japanese creation and Death Rides a Unicorn Events wants to ensure that all those attending understand that it is not our intent to copy or disrespect in any way the beautiful form of the Haiku. We simply wish for people attending to have an accessible medium that they can use to participate in a fun poetry event. There will be prizes for the top four poets, a unicorn present and probably some bubbles.
